The front desk service was terrible. They weren't attentive, they didn't greet guests, and I was annoyed when one of them called my personal phone asking me to open the door for another guest. What a lack of professionalism!

The bed was noisy - lots of springs made noise when moving in night and wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast was not great either, the room was crowded with tables and it was difficult to move though. As a person with coeliac, i won't come back. the chef was completely disinterested in helping me work out what could it and challenged me on my knowledge on my own medical confition

Fantastic location for the 02 and close to the DLR - staff were friendly , breakfast good. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds . Hair dryer and iron in room - toiletries provided although our shower gel was empty . NB - Be aware of early morning planes taking off .
