location was good for what we needed, close the the DLR. Food was not available when we arrived which was lunch time, but good pub walking distance away . comfy beds and great aircon which is what we needed as weather was extremely hot

Nice clean hotel. 24 bar, good breakfast. A little pricey but thats down to location and event timing. 15 minute walk from Excel entrance and 120 to nearest DLR (Prince Regent) parking is available.

We stayed in the accessible twin room 210. Can I just say that the bathroom was enormous and so much room to manoeuvre with the wheelchair! What a blessing! Will always book HbyH in future as this is the third time at the brand (different location) and it’s always lovely. Comfortable, helpful staff, great (included) breakfast. Couldn’t fault it.
