We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, nice and clean. However, we had to wait for check in longer. Furthermore, although this was a without window room, the ventilation was very poor and very warm in the night, with the provided fan feeling like it was taking its last breaths and frequently turning off in between. Could have been better if these were improved.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Check in was extremely easy, but parking is a let down as you have to pay £15 but if you move your car, your space is not guaranteed on return.
