I recently stayed at The Hub by Premier Inn for four nights, and I’d like to share my experience.
While the room size was compact, it wasn’t a major issue for me. However, I encountered a significant problem with my health. On the first day, I began experiencing severe itching on my knee, which progressively worsened. By the last day, I noticed what appeared to be a rash or possibly bedbug bites. I consulted a local pharmacy, and they recommended an allergy cream, which provided some relief.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was out for the entire day on my fourth day, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I couldn’t contact my ride or use my phone effectively in the room, and I had to go down to the lobby just to get a signal.
When I raised these concerns with the manager, I didn’t receive any offer of compensation or assistance. This lack of support was disappointing and has left me quite dissatisfied with my stay.
