Though the location is less convenient than the hotels in town center of Croydon, the connection with Bus is also fine with 5 to 10 mins walk. The Colonnades offer good choice of catering from fast food Macdonald to grilled chicken Nando. Breakfast is good with basic variety of eggs, beans, hashbrowns, sausages, fruit and flakes considering the relatively low room price.

The room was adequate for the purpose. Shower needs more of a clean, limescale around shower head, and evident in runners. Bed was a little soft for my liking. Breakfast was limited, banquet area looked opulent, hut net curtains were dirty as they were too long and dragging on the floor. Overall, as a teasonable priced place to stay it ticked the boxes, just the image it portrays it grandeur, which is fails to actually achieve.

I couldn’t stay for breakfast; I am sorry about this. I found an extremely professional and helpful team; room was spotless and front of house staff all very helpful and respectful. I was extremely comfortable in my room. Staff were very extremely accommodating about care of my bike and I particularly appreciate that. Thank you.
