Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Horrible, complete scam

This is not actually a property reservation. No communication from Host at anytime (email or phone). The location of this property is in a super shady area of London. After not letting us in the apt, the Host would not refund our money. Hotel.com so far, effective pressuring Host to refund our money.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2024
