Lovely hotel, great people. But…. For a 5 star 4S hotel to have non functioning room AC is unacceptable in the height of British Summer when outside temp peaked at 30’. Shame on you Four Seasons

We were treated like royalty the minute we stepped onto the property. We changed hotels during our stay to the Four Seasons after a horrible experience with another hotel. It was like night and day. The staff at the Four Seasons were all so helpful and cheery. In particular, Roberto, assisted us with our every need. Dylan in the restaurant was always happy to converse during breakfast. The front desk staff were all nice. And the room- EXCELLENT. The AC was working properly, the room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was roomy and spotless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a first class experience at a reasonable price.
