There was an issue with the hot water so we were contacted in the morning to check if we were happy to change to another apartment. We were happy with this and the new location was great, because we originally picked the first apartment due to location. The apartment was INCREDIBLE! It was 2 stories, with bedrooms on first floor and lounge/kitchen on 2nd. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, had lots of storage space, and bathrooms were clean. All amenities provided. Cannot list any faults to this apartment.

Property was a decent size. The showers were just not up to expected standard and were more of a dribble than a shower. My biggest complaint and I’m guessing you get this comment often, the noise through the windows. Especially in the bedrooms making it almost impossible to sleep. The windows should be replaced / repaired at the soonest opportunity. I would not stay here again for this reason

Better than expected & fantastic service!

We would stay here again and recommend it for families who need more than a standard hotel room. I wasn’t expecting a 2-story unit (which was an awesome surprise for the kids but those with limited mobility might want to inform the property of that upfront.) We walked almost everywhere in the city- quick walk to Piccadilly, Russell Square, Regent Street. We appreciated the quiet & safe neighborhood away from the main tourist sites. We never felt unsafe and had plenty of food options nearby. The only downside was that I couldn’t figure out the washing machine since the pamphlet provided did not match the model in our apartment so I had to Google it. Americans and other non-UK visitors might struggle w/ the appliances. Also, there is no coffee maker only a kettle. Thankfully, I packed some instant coffee packets & there’s a Tesco, Lidl & MS Hall within walking distance for groceries and plenty of coffee shops nearby. If you prefer energy drinks, be mindful that stores check your age when purchasing Monster, Red Bull, etc (18 +). Overall, everyone was extremely happy with this apartment and we’d stay there again.

The location was nice. The noise on the street at night made it hard to sleep with the windows open. There is a fan so that helped. Apartment had the basics.

Slitet, trasiga saker och dåliga sängar.En fördel var att den låg väldigt centralt men annars hade flyttat ut direkt. Komplicerat med koderna in och lång kod för att komma in i boendet. Kommer inte att boka här igen!!

Bien situé.

Appartement idéalement placé, quelques détails à revoir dans les salles de bain mais totalement acceptable. Literie très confortable. L'appartement est très bien pour une famille de quatre. Spacieux, entouré de commerces et de restaurants, bar... Je recommande. Goodge station à deux pas, top pour prendre le bus ou métro.

Gute Lage, nahe Regent Street. Badezimmer wat zwar der Geschmack von Bleichmittel wahrzunehmen, jedoch waren überall Haare und starke Abnutzungspunkte zu sehen. Schlafzimmer und Bett waren ordentlich. Wohnzimmer in Ordnung. Küche wirde nicht gebraucht, hatte aber vom Wasserkocher zur Mikrowelle und Besteck/Geschirr alles da. Für unseren Städtetripp Ok aber viel schlechter sollte es nicht sein. Vermieter hat sich aber gut per Mail mit Anweisungen gemeldet. Hat alles geklappt
