Staff were so friendly and helpful in arranging travel for us to get to Wembley stadium as my mum has a walking problem. The room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it as a base again if we were going to watch a concert at the stadium as the experience was so easy over the 2 days and is a great location for any concerts there.

The hotel staff was great, very kind and attentive. The biggest downside was the lack of AC and ventilation. The rooms were like saunas. It could be pretty cool outside but since there’s only a tiny window the room itself is super hot. They were “accommodating”. they provided us an extra fan but it really didn’t do much. Overall, the room was clean and the staff did their best. BE AWARE OF NO AC AND POOR VENTILATION

Staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. We arrived early not expecting to be able to check in yet, but the room was available which is always a bonus. There is a small private car park behind the hotel with about 6-8 spaces, first come first served which was helpful. The main drawback was the air conditioning was broken and the room was unbearably hot. The room was a little bit dated, particularly the bathroom, and could have done with a deeper clean in places. But overall served its purpose as a base for a Wembley concert.

The hotel and its facilities was just what we were looking for. More importantly, the hospitality we received from the staff was exemplary. The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. We’ve never booked with Eurotraveller before: we’ll definitely use again at some point.
