Ellen is a lovely hotel in a very good Kensington location, 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube. The staff are so accommodating - particularly Petrolena and Shiek - we never had a wish unfulfilled. The beds are comfy. Nice coffee maker in room. Great pillows. The only thing lacking was the onsite restaurant. The staff were great but the food was meh.

Couldn’t fault Ellen Kensington for an overnight stay in London. Location was perfect, just off the main road of Earl Court so easy to get to, yet very quiet. Room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend Ellen Kensington anymore for a London stay.

Adorable, clean room with London charm! Staff were so nice and able to store our luggage before our room was ready and after check out. Breakfast buffet in the morning is a must.
