Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. No drinking water in the room a little disappointing but there was a water fountain in reception. Air con was well needed during the heatwave and appreciated.

Clean room, very good location with helpful staff. We got a mini-upgrade to a corner room (accessiblity room) which is bigger and has good views. Air conditioning is strong and not a problem for the heatwave at all.

Very conveniently located right by the main train station. Handy for short trips into London and back to Gatwick for an early flight. Clean, functional, well-designed basic room with everything I needed, my only complaints were that there wasn’t a plug anywhere near a mirror (to look in it to dry my hair), and only a very bright ceiling light, no reading/bedside lights, so it was all or nothing. I also left a pair of reading glasses and a book in the room that housekeeping claimed not to find, but they were placed right there in the elasticated pouch by the bed.
