The first room we were allocated was nice however right in front of noisy lift and cleaners cupboard with almost constant banging of cleaners door and lift doors. Bathroom was freezing cold. No heating in there or towel rail heater to dry towels. No mirror above desk for female to do hair and makeup. The reception staff were fantastic and dealt with the situation and upgraded our room to Deluxe Premium Suite.

Check-in was slow and one staff member told us to sit down while he checks on the room. He never got back to us and started addressing other guests. After sitting for nearly 20 mins the manager walked by and noticed we still waiting and then got us room keys immediately. Room a little small for 2+

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Took quite a while to understand how to operate the shower. Excellent staff. Quite a bit of noise coming in from the street. Easy to access the tube from hotel (which is the only way to get around London).
