Great location for museums and tube station opposite makes everything very accessible from here. The room was great, very clean, plenty of room, good shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was poor, whilst the selection was pretty good the food was cold every morning.

It’s old and dark and dingy. Mattresses are not very comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated. Location is great. Breakfast is honestly horrible. Yuck.

Central location.

Centrally located. Easy to get to museums easy access to subway. Lots of restaurants, groceries, bakeries near by. Friendly staff, most were helpful. Took a few requests to get new towels and have sofa bed made.

Hotel was extremely comfortable, great beds, excellent room. The staff went above and beyond with extra accommodations for us when my daughter became ill, helping us organise breakfast in our room and late check out at short notice. Natural History Museum is vey close by and definitely worth a visit, make sure to book in advance to avoid the queue! Plenty of amenities and dining options nearby, great transport options and a beautiful area to explore! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back for a return visit!

Overall, our experience was not pleasent. There were two elevators, one of them was not working. The gym is very small. The staff consistenly forgot to bring water to the room.

Great location, clean hotel! Nice staff!

Perfect location where we could hop onto the Underground and it was close to so many restaurants and museums right in the area. The staff was so friendly and professional. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits. Highly recommend!
