Room was clean, amenities good but the front desk staff was exceptional! Vijay spent so much time printing out directions and reviewing them with us for a special ABBA Arena Show that we had tickets to attend. The night if the show on the way to the tube I fell and injured myself. Louis was amazing when we came back to the hotel in helping in hwlping my roommate contact the venue to cancel, print up the forms needed for a refund etc. couldn’t have done it without him!

It was an amazing experience at this hotel. We loved the warm welcome and cookies upon arrival, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was kept cleaned quickly as the tables were vacated. Even when we left we were treated as old friends. We would go back and stay there again, and we highly recommend the property.

First time visiting London and the hotel was the perfect place. Comfy room, right across from Kensington Park, short walks to Nottinghill. Super close to 3 underground transportation. Buses leave you almost in front of hotel . Nice hotel restaurant. Great staff. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I specifically ordered a room with a queen bed and the hotel told me they overbooked and weren't able to accomodate me so I had to take a twin bed which is extremely small. The staff were nice and professional, but I travel for work and was there for that purpose so I needed my comfort and it was dissappointing having to sleep that way after the work I was doing. Also the onsite parking is terrible. I ended up having to park a few blocks away.

View from one room was ok, other was the rear of the hotel with building works. Hotel clean and breakfast was good. Issue with checkin and Hotels.com reservation was unconfirmed so when we arrived they couldn’t find the reservation of two rooms for two nights. The afternoon receptionist did recover this by giving 4 breakfasts for the two days which was very much appreciated.

Loved the neighborhood and how quiet the area was. Cleaning staff was very attentive, which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the tub didn’t drain very well, so when we showered it was like I was standing in a bath.

The warn chocolate chip cookies on arrival were a very nice touch. All of the staff at the property were excellent. Any questions or needs I had were addressed immediately. Property is extremely well located near three tube lines and buses. Well situated Between Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate/ Portobello Rd. hotel is clean, bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
