Lovely hotel

Great location and a lovely hotel. Massive bed which was very comfortable. The only downside was that the shower wasn’t very powerful.

Loved the neighborhood and how quiet the area was. Cleaning staff was very attentive, which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the tub didn’t drain very well, so when we showered it was like I was standing in a bath.

The warn chocolate chip cookies on arrival were a very nice touch. All of the staff at the property were excellent. Any questions or needs I had were addressed immediately. Property is extremely well located near three tube lines and buses. Well situated Between Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate/ Portobello Rd. hotel is clean, bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Moved 3 times my luggage and belongings to 3 different rooms due to air conditioned issues. Most of the staff were not helpful in solving the issue except one who committed to find a solution my second night. In summary, the hotel is in a good location, pretty clean but to avoid in the summer unless they have reliable A/C.
