This is a worn down older hotel, the nonpotable water from the tap was a surprise for me, there are serveral convenience stores to buy bottles nearby though. Check in and out was a bit haphazard and check out was literally just drop the keycard off at the desk.

We like this place, although the space is kind of limited. The location is perfect, Paddington station is just around the corner. There are tons of food choice in the area. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable.

Staff were friendly. Room walls were paper thin. Other guests were VERY noisy. Shower took an age to warm up and was then alternately boiling and freezing. Room was cold, luckily I was sole occupant of a twin room so used bith duvets. Bed was comfy.

Location was excellent if you are in town to see the sights. 10 minute walk to Paddington Station. Many restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores within minutes of walking. Amenities are sparse, however, we were not in our room much as we were just in town for a few days to see the sites of London so location was key for us. Place was clean and staff was friendly.
