The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well as neat and clean. The staff was most hospitable and inviting. The whole experience was outstanding. Concierge made everything work perfectly for us. We were traveling with a group and booked at this hotel by accident. What an accident it was absolutely beautiful. We would have never switched the hotel after stepping a foot in and being greeted by the most kind stuff.

We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!

This was an absolute gem in the beautiful Covent Garden area of London! We were overwhelmed with the friendliness of every staff member we encountered and the attention to detail every day of our stay in our room and throughout the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the concierge was more than happy to help us make arrangements or answer questions about other restaurants and things to do in the city. Loved everything about this hotel, which didn’t feel like a hotel but felt more like a home. I could seriously live there. I was amazed at the attention to detail throughout and the staff could not be friendlier. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a tea kettle in my room. Highlights - the tub in my suite with a tv, the salon on floor one with the cozy fire, the windows that actually open!
