After i moved to a room with a bath, the people upstairs were very loud. Walking around, talking loudly, and throwing things around. I went to reception to ask for earplugs, which they didn't have!! The guy never acknowledged my concerns or apologise and only said he would speak the guests, which didn't help. I barely slept the first night, and i had an important appointment the next day. In the morning i asked what epse could be done and they told me i could move rooms bht there would be no bath tub, i like to have a tub as the travel arrangements always coz be back pain. I moved to a room that was on the top floor, quite cold at first, and as i was packing up, the cleaner came into my room!! Did not knock on the door or anything, just walked right in!! Once i moved room, it was fine, but i did not enjoy my stay and would never recommend this hotel. They dont have any consideration, compassion, no ear plugs, and no ice! What type of hotel is this?!!
