Our whole experience was fantastic. Simple check in, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. You can store luggage before you check in or after check out without any concerns. The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road.

This hotel is located in an excellent area, close to the underground station for local and international travel. We literally rolled our suitcases to get there. We were also able to hop on the underground train to get to other locations very easily. The staff was very helpful. I had to teach a class in the middle of the night (California time), and they helped me to find a location that was quiet and would not bother the other guests. Also, I left one of my items in the hotel room. They called me and helped me to make arrangements to have sent to Amsterdam, my next location. The rooms are cozy. The shower was great, even though it was a bit small. There were free snacks in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The Suites at St Pancras is NOT a four-star hotel. That said, it is clean, conveniently located, has a nice complimentary minibar and a very kind and helpful staff. I should note that from my suite (suite #1 in the basement) I could hear subway trains going by. It wasn’t enough to keep me awake, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Just manage your expectations appropriately about the level of luxury given it is described as a four-star hotel.
