We loved staying here though tbh e rooms were small they had everything we needed. It is very close to Kensington Palace and Gardens and 2 Subway stations. The breakfast was good. We were gone every day and it was so close to so many good restaurants. I would stay here again

We arrived a bit early, and as room was ready, Joseph on reception let us check in, which was a great bonus to us. Lovely spotless hotel right on doorstep of Hyde Park, transport links, museums, restaurants. We were very happy with clean room, comfortable bed, and the friendly ladies at breakfast. Breakfast is continental but has loads of choice.

We ended up booking this hotel last minute due to unsatisfactory accommodation elsewhere. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. Our only issue was the lack of storage in the room but we are aware that space in London hotels is not what we sre used to in other locations.

Great location and it’s good for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a water machine with ice available to use in the kitchen which is great. The rooms are quite small and could feel a little cleaner, but I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom which was big and clean. Overall I would say this hotel is worth it when you get it for a good deal as the location is good and safe.
