Most of the staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms rented on the hotels site are VERY SMALL. It would be best to rent direct from their site as larger rooms are available. Overall hotels.com saved this trip as we were originally in an awful hotel that was not to standard. Thank you for the save on this one.

We liked the hotel for convenience and location. Odd to be asked for passport on arrival as born and bred English and therefore don't carry it around. Breakfast good but room quite small.
