The location is great for getting around all areas of London and even nearby day trips. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was so convenient and cozy. The staff, especially Andriana, were kind and professional. This hotel is a great value.

It is an older character based property. The room was comfortable and warm. The shower room toilet was modern and clean. The breakfast was continental offering cereals, yogurt, cold meat, bread cheese and fruit. Coffee and tea facilities were available on the rooms. The hotel is close toaon transport hubs, Oxford. Street shops and Hyde park.

ADRINA was the only highlight of our trip, she was truly a star. So many rules at this hotel, can not eat before your breakfast alotted time, even when breakfast was completely set up, and you had an early tour. You can pay for towels as towels dont get changed before your 4th day is up. Rooms were ok, Bathroom very very tiny, beds were ok Very very close to Paddington Station, another bonus. But next time id choose a different hotel to stay at.

The location, staff and breakfast were great. The room, a quadruple family room, was good. The only problem was the smell in the toilet. The toilet and shower room were clean (having checked the obvious areas) however there was a smell of stale urine. It could do with refurbishment as it was quite dated.
