Reception were helpful and clear at check in. I booked a Pod dorm and was the best experience of any hostel dorms I've stayed in. It was reasonably comfy and felt very private once inside. Other guests were quite respectful with noise. The only minor is that I had Pod 13 which is next to the sink and the person didn't move when I wanted to get out so had to squeeze past and wait until they were done until I can get to the locked drawer underneath. I didn't use the facilities but their common areas are quite large, along with basement kitchen. The staff send messages out with meet ups for any travellers which is good. The bathroom and showers seem to be kept clean regularly too. Would definitely book here again when travelling alone.

I had a private room, but it didn't have a curtain and was overlooked by an office (let alone the need to make the room dark to sleep in). I managed to cover these up myself, but not sure how you can rent out a room like this. Bed was comfortable and Kitchen is great, but no curtains spoilt the trip.

Quite good, very convient area! Only gave a top sheet for the mattress which slid around and there was a bit of a stain at the end of the bed on the mattress. They could consider mattress covers or fitted sheets but I did not mind much. Everything felt fairly secure in the lockers and all that. Overall a decent experience.

6 bed room are very small so we 6 people in and every had a small suitytgat can not fit in the narrow lockers under beds it was crowded. Window had to be open all night as other you can't breathe which means you get all the street noise in. Luckily, I had my eye plugs so it wasn't too bad. Beds are comfortable and showers reasonably clean. It's super convenient to Kings Cross station. I would recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful. 👍

The room was so small that the bunk beds took up almost the entire floor area, leaving almost no room to get into and out of the room. Locks were not provided for the under-bed lockers and had to be purchased at the front desk.

Just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, the location was excellent. It’s one of the most convenient areas in London to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, and it’s a great choice for young travelers on a budget.

If you’re on a top bunk it’s unlikely you’ll get a nice sleep, as there is a skylight which means if another room turns their light on it shines into your eyes. Coupled with this, is etiquette from other guests is poor. However the staff who work there are excellent.
