I stayed in a twin room for three nights in September 2025. The room was very clean, which to me is the most important thing, and the bed was very comfy. We had everything we needed.
We did actually swap rooms after the first night as the first room overlooked a large courtyard that was a bit noisy during the night, but the second room was quiet.
My stay was for a hospital visit, and the hotel is very handy for UCL hospital. There are lots of nice places to eat at night within a short walk. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on the food.
I had a bit of a problem getting the WiFi going initially as it would only allow me to connect one device (I needed to use my phone and my iPad). Apparently it should be possible to connect four (there were two of us staying in the room). The receptionist tried to help but wasn’t able to, but he referred me to his colleague who soon showed me a way round the problem. Thereafter I had no problem at all connecting with either device for the remaining three days.
I’d very happily stay again as it was so clean, and I’d recommend it to others.
