This is a nice clean hotel in an excellent location. The best feature was the price and location. Good access to transit and within 30 minutes of most things in the city. It's clean and tidy and modern, though as many places in UK there is no AC. The breakfast option was a great plus for us. Lots to choose from. It is however a very basic hotel, rooms were simple and small. Things like a box of Kleenex were not there. There are no real amenities. However service was good and overall pleased with our stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is great. I loved the location. Only negative for me was the cleaning product in the hallways it has a very strong perfume smell which made me sneeze

Very good location, easy access to transportation and walkable for much of central London. The room, service, and breakfast are a real deal for the price. Rooms are modern, with good beds and bathrooms. Maid service was fine. Nothing fancy, but a perfectly good 3-star hotel for people staying for a few days to a few weeks.

I asked for a quiet room but was given one right next to the elevator, and it was extremely noisy — I could hear the TV and conversations from neighboring rooms. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or helpful when I mentioned it. The room itself was fine, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job throughout my stay. I can’t help but wonder if being on a prepaid reservation led to getting one of the less desirable rooms.

The hotel was a very good location, and really close to the tube and also bus services, bed was quiet big a really comfortable, bath room was a little small but manageable, the hairdryer nozzle kept falling off every 2 seconds but they replaced it quiet quickly with a new hairdryer
