The room was very nice other than not being able to adjust the interior temperature. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was good. However, only large towels and hand towels were provided; no washcloths were provided, the first time we have encountered this oversight. The hotel staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Property was great. Very kind staff! We booked this because it was fully refundable. Great location but a few of the properties on the street near it were boarded up and gave it a sketchy feel. The location being so close to Victoria Station was terrific!
