The best about this place was its friendly staff. The rooms are newly renovated and super clean. The fact that it has air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave. The place is perfectly located next to the Train Station and High street. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

The best about this place was the friendly staff. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and supermarkets and to a train station, so is really easy to move around. The bedrooms are small but recently renovated and clean. The fact that they have air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave.

Staff at reception were lovely and so very helpful and accommodating. We definitely felt looked after. Our room was perfect for the two of us travelling. Location was good, very short walk to a tube station and there were nice cafes and shops nearby. And of course, the aircon was an absolute lifesaver with the heatwave!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very equipped and was spotless with air conditioning which was very welcome as the weather was very hot! The hotel is very close to the tube with easy access to. Central London! The staff were so helpful and I will definitely be back!

Just what I needed for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my single room was clean, well air conditioned (very welcome in the heat!) and quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower. It's a very short walk from Stamford Brook tube, and close to Chiswick High Street.

Chiswick Rooms stay was perfect for what I needed. Located in a charming and quiet area, the rooms were kept cool and clean with blackout shades perfect for jet lagged customers. A special thanks to Noman and the night staff who were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. -CG

Obviously recently refurbished, so everything is good. Really welcoming and helpful reception. We had a room that was on the ground floor at the front and on a friday & saturday night there was no disturbing road noise. Will definitely use this place again

The hotel is pretty cosy , well located a spotless clean but they don’t do daily cleaning to the room which is disappointing. This is not a hostel style so why they don’t clean the rooms everyday . ?
