Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance

Cheval Three Quays was truly amazing. The room was perfect! -Far more spacious than expected, thoughtfully laid out, and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal, with easy access to so many iconic spots while still feeling calm and upscale. It felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

A absolutely wonderful property for either tourist or business traveller. Super well equipped apt style hotel with great (small though) gym, amazing housekeeping, amazing front desk staff and a block to the tube. I’ve stayed in 20 plus different hotels in London and this is now my new home. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Caveat… no onsite food service, but DoorDash delivers fast, and a Starbucks signature is across the street.
