The flat is newly renovated with a new kitchen with concrete effect cabinets, a comfortable Scandi style sitting area and even a pretty private terrace on which to enjoy morning (Monmouth) coffee.

The apartment is located in one of the best central areas: Seven dials, Neils yard just a few steps away, amazing coffee shops/bars/pubs and the most famous theatres all within a 10 minutes walk.

• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Very well located to visit the center of London, in particular the West End.The flat is very clean and nice, but a bit small for 4 people.For example we could not be the 4 of us seated at the same table to have diner.It was still good for a short stay.
