The property is situated in this unrivalled location just to the south of Oxford Street and benefits from all the local amenities surrounding Oxford Street and Regent Street.

Cavendish buildings is located on Gilbert Street which intersects Oxford Street and Brook Street and is within a few minutes walk from Grosvenor Square. Marble Arch (Central Line) and Oxford Circus (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria Lines) Underground Stations are within easy walking distance while Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Lines) Station is immediately adjacent to the property.
When entering, from the spacious corridor you will find on the right hand side the living room, with a burgundy velvet sofa, which is also a pull-out sofa bed, a round table with chairs, perfect area to relax that can also become a bedroom.
