Hotel looks really new, it’s tough to get an affordable, nice hotel in London and this is the first one I’ve found. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped and have clearly been renovated this century. Staff were nice and it was an enjoyable stay
No complaints about this hote,l lots of shops and eateries nearby.
Rooms small but modern and clean, and price was very reasonable for London.
My deposit was returned rapidly, which i appreciated and i would definitely return.
Biggest complaint, no parking and staff had no suggestions or information on where to look. Other than that, staff was helpful when asked and very polite. Property is kept very clean. They have a nice patio area out back, but no seating!
New, clean, easy walk to Earls Court Underground station. Grocery just a block away for snacks. Held our luggage at checkout, no fee. Wonderful mattresses! Small rooms but designed efficiently. Price is a good value for London. Be aware there’s no lift and the stairs are very steep and difficult.
The room is tiny
Good for one night stay
I suggest if the look into small tweaks in the bathroom to make it more convenient
The cleaning staff were cleaning out side the room window around 8 am on Sunday morning
I would suggest looking into rescheduling their cleaning timetable
Great location near Earls Court High Street and tube station. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, along with express supermarket.
Little seating area in foyer was a nice addition, along with coffee availability. Rules for use of the garden would be good to avoid children inadvertently going outside when the garden is locked.
Room was lovely, great use of space. Bathroom very clean, shower nice and powerful. Towels provided was very handy. Corner guards on bed frame corners would be good, walked into the corner a few painful times.
Would stay again
The hotel is very well appointed and very well maintained. The hotel is a renovated old house in a very nice location in Earls Court. The biggest drawback is that its stairways are very steep and there is no elevator. Staff helped me with my suitcase when I checked in and then worked very diligently to find an appropriate room for me so I would not have to constantly climb three flights of stairs. This is a very nice small hotel, but difficult for those who cannot easily climb stairs or who have heavy luggage.
