Check in process was very easy. The only problem we had was the train that went by so close to the hotel, which meant you heard the trains go by at all hours. Everything else was very convenient.

Compact yet practical air conditioned studio apartment conveniently positioned just minutes from local transport connections, the Tower of London and the City. Only downside was position overlooking busy rail and DLR lines albeit they provide ear plugs to soften the blow. Wetherspoons and Tesco Express at the end of the street. Perfect for business.

This hotel cancelled my booking an hour before check in. They claimed it was overbooked but I did notice that since I booked the hotel moved to a 2 night minimum stay. Poor service & very poor communication, I just hope they don’t do the same to a vulnerable person.
