The room was clean, neat and modern. It was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveller. The desk staff were nice and friendly. The location is excellent. A stone’s throw from Paddington, felt safe and lots of options for food and drink.

Great little hotel… clean, modern room, very helpful and polite staff and brilliantly situated for an overnight stay after a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Would recommend.

The service is friendly, but not pro-active. When we returned to the hotel late evening, we discovered there was no power in the sockets. We left a note at reception asking them to turn on the circuit breaker, but nothing happened until the next morning, so I had to go back to reception in the morning and remind them of my request. This is rather odd, considering it only takes a minute to fix the problem. The receptionist was friendly and allowed us a slightly late checkout as compensation for the inconvenience.

Room was smaller than I anticipated but adequate for my needs. Very clean, staff friendy, room very quiet. I did miss having some drawer space to put a few things away as only a small space to hang clothes. Had to put my big suitcase on bed to pack and unpack as not enough floor space.However, I was only in the room to sleep. The bed was comfy and all light switches on head board

THe room was clean and comfortable, and very close to Paddington Station. THe decor was very Best Western which means rather dull and not at all English. However, the room lighting was excellent and the WC well laid out given the limited square footage. OUr go-to hotel in this neighbourhood was fully booked, and we have found a satisfactory alternative.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, easy access to Paddington Station but still walkable to Buckingham Palace and the other major attractions. Room was a little small but was clean and well filled out. Hotel had some fantastic restaurants and local pubs all within walking distance.
