Location great .room was a good size bed clean and comfy.Fridge and kettle useful additions .General cleanliness was not fantastic lots of dust,dirty stained carpets .Breakfast..dont bother its not good ,lots of cafes and coffee shops in the area. A lovely little hotel directly opposite the tube station. It is about 40 minutes to central London on the tube. The room had air conditioning which was lovely during the summer heatwave. There was a selection of cafes nearby, I recommend the poison ivy cafe. The local sainsburys was handy also. Staff were friendly and the room was clean, however I did have a slight issue with the toilet continuously running

The room was adequate for our needs and the location was great. Reasonably priced for the area. The entire hotel could use new carpets or floors and the bed was torture. New mattresses or toppers would be a huge improvement. Air conditioning worked, but barely. Staff brought up a fan to help with room cooling.

It was a great location for the tube but the rooms need maintenance. The window blind was broken and permanently down, the soap dispensers were diluted so almost just water coming out and the shower temp and shower head holder were both broken.
