The location is amazing, so close to Paddington station....maybe too close. My rooom was in the basement and I until midnight trains went by every 10 mins and the entire room shook, it was like a sonic boom. Other than the lack of sleep, it was a nice stay

The hotel was lovely, we found it to be quiet and clean and everything we wanted for a budget stay in London. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the tube and trains. We walked into London which was great seeing different sights.

The room was perfectly functional and clean, within easy walking distance of multiple train stations. But there was no elevator or air conditioning, and the train rattled the floor and windows every time it passed underneath, which was about every 10 min. On the plus side, the full English breakfast that was offered was quite good, and very inexpensive.
