Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave up. There was almost no airflow even with the windows open and only 1 fan provided so sleeping was a challenge- couldn't sleep with the windows open as the flat is on the main strip, and it's very noisy. There were homeless people around but they were harmless. However, one of the deficated beside the entrance to the flat, which was already a challenge to access because of the huge bins beside it.
