Dirty and ill equipped.

House was conveniently situated and as described. The main issue was the cleanliness. Superficially it looked clean but on closer inspection it was rank. Thick dirt on the light switches and fittings. A number of the lights didn’t work - bedside lights in two bedrooms and the landing light. In the kitchen there wasn’t a kettle! No wine glasses. There were a couple of beer glasses but they looked like they had been swiped from the boozer. The management sent the routine emails asking for feedback which I dutifully replied. They stressed that they value the feedback but they did nothing. Didn’t even get a reply. Didn’t bother chasing as I was only staying for three nights.
