The location is great! The staff were kind and accommodating, helpful and friendly. The place we stayed was in a separate building about 30 steps away. We found a few bugs in the room at various times. The room was too crowded with the addition of a table and 2 stools.

Overall - a budget hotel, so taking that into consideration. The location was great and incredibly central. The room itself was fine, but that was it. Not a bad hotel, but not anything more than just a bed for you to sleep in at the end of the day. Bring your own amenities (soap, lotion, razor etc)

Everything is very good, except there's no air conditioner in the middle of summer. I heard it's true for most of London hotels, but still, it's pretty hard to sleep well when there's a heat wave in London. Others than that, everything is great!
