I was left waiting while staff finished a conversation, and they gave me the wrong room key. The front door key didn’t work, so I had to wake the night staff. Breakfast is advertised online, at reception, and in your room. There hadn't been breakfast since covid. Not terrible, but a shabby place with little effort being shown lately.

Decor quite bland, nowhere to hang jackets, some furniture falling a bit apart, no shampoo in the shower. A fresh painting would also help. But thanks for your hospitality :)

I have stayed here before, I like the convenience of the location. The staff are helpful, the room has tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, the room I had this time also had a fridge. The bed was made most days, and bins emptied.
