I am single female traveler and started to use hostels only recently. This place is safe! It’s spacious, clean, with good kitchen (stove, oven, fridges) and located in central London. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I stayed 4 nights in a room designed for 6 people. It’s noticeable that the room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast available, every morning.

Great location, staff was super kind and helpful, the price was really good for the location and the accommodation. Super safe, they are always checking on the cameras, making sure nothing happens. The bed and pillow super comfortable! Definitely will be back and recommend it to everyone.

Climbing 99 steps to get to the room is horrible, at the time of making my reservation I said that I had surgery on my knee and they didn't take it into account... they gave me a high bed, I asked at reception and they didn't know anything.

It is fine for a quick stay. Kitchen is big. The bed is fine but the toilet is kind of smelly. The hostel have four floors with no lift. I was unlucky to stay on the top of the hotel with large suitcases. It is hard to climb up to the room.
