The reception staff are lovely, location is excellent for central London. Breakfast was delicious. Negative was room carpet was badly stained and the woodwork (coffee table and main unit) were worn and crying out for revarnishing. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Recommended stay.

We had a junior suite with a balcony and Club Lounge access. The room, staff and amenities were excellent. The only very slight moan was that we received a message from the hotel the day before saying the room would likely be ready at 2.30, we arrived at 3pm and it wasn’t ready, but we were able to make use of the Club Lounge facility. We would definitely stay again!
