We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The amenities were plentiful and things were kept clean. The room was comfortable and clean and we really loved the area that the hotel was in. It was a little less busy but close to attractions and easy to get to the public transport. We really loved our stay here and we intend to come back when we visit London again.

Staff on reception and at bar were very attentive. Really good service. I managed to get a city king room with a balcony for £150 a night on a weekend. Really good room and well stocked room with drinks and snacks.

Two things that bothered me again. I’m very loyal to this hotel and last minute (aware I booked a non refundable rate) my sales person couldn’t attend for medical reasons. I missed changing the date in here and asked at the hotel and they jusy brushed me off. I book this every month and 2/3 times per year a room for 6 additional sales people. Maybe a little consistent loyalty to loyal clients. I never get offered an upgrade or my free drink unless I ask. I ordered late night food (chicken wings) and after waiting 35 mins on it, they weren’t cooked properly - they even tried to charge me for them after I had notified them the night before of the issue. .

We stayed at this hotel in London for 8 nights, and overall it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely small restaurant on-site, ideal for a convenient and pleasant meal. The concierge lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a 24-hour cold drinks bar as well as coffee and tea, which was a wonderful touch after long days of sightseeing. The gym is very nice and well equipped, which we truly appreciated during a longer stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the only negative experience we had was that a shopping bag containing all of our gifts disappeared from the room after housekeeping service. We suspect it may have been mistakenly thrown away, as the bag was placed on the floor under the desk. This was disappointing, especially at the end of our stay. Despite this, we still appreciated the hotel and its excellent location.
