Place is very convenient, owners were accommodating with early arrival. The room was quite nice, needs a bit of modernisation in a few areas but overall great value for the location in London.

All fine - expected for the level of hotel it was. But the online assertion that the reception is open 24/7 is a bit misleading. It's open 9am -6pm (i think I was never there during those times) and then it's a caretaker for the rest. So if you want to check in at 9pm you wait on the doorstep til he shows up. If you want to check out at 0830 there is no indication of what you're supposed to do with the key.

Perfect for a short stay

The information before and during arrival was perfect. Checkin was very good, the room was clean & great for 1 person. I was surprised that I had my own little kitchen. I will remember it for next time.

Great location for my needs. Loved that I could drop my bags off before check-in. Some street noise in the evening but not a showstopper for me. Would have no problem to book again.

Check in was smooth and easy, we arrived early and room was ready, it was clean and had little travel shower, shampoo and soap laid on towels lovely gesture. Check out was the same and we were able to leave our bags until we were ready to depart London. Would certainly come back

Basic but good for a night

Quick check-in despite us being late. Perfect for a one night stay but could do with updating the decor and deep cleaning the bathroom. Very loud with other guests using what I assume to be a shared bathroom next to our room.

Some electrical sockets didn’t work and it was very noisy outside (nothing they can do about that obviously) but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was despite the cheap price
