I knew this was not a five star hotel and I just needed it for one night. The clerk checked us in and held our luggage until 3 PM and helped us carry it up the stairs, which we really appreciate appreciated. Location was great for coming off of Paddington station. The pillows and bed were excellent.

The location for this hotel was excellent with it only a short walk away from paddington station. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to keep my luggage there as well as I have arrived before the check-in time.
