Location is superb, in the middle of Mayfair with everything so close to hand. Great choice of restaurants within a short stroll. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not try the in-house catering but the menu reads very well. We had a Premium one bed apartment. It was very comfortable for a 5 night stay. Main room very sizeable and great for relaxing when rainy outside. We were on the first floor, so lift repair did not bother us. Would recommend and will return ourselves.

Thoughtful and friendly staff. Beautifully appointed. The experience at this hotel is second to none. Its location is near major shopping, restaurants and bars. Hyde Park is around the corner and is very close to Marble Arch tube station

We had a wonderful stay. It is very central located to Hyde Park. Lots of shopping around and when traveling with the family, the kitchen came in very handy for breakfast It does not have a restaurant, but there are so many around. It was not a concern of ours.
