"Everything was excellent even the staff I only had issue with the house cleaning manager her mouth is smart and she threw away some of my belongings she knocks every day like she tryin to watch what I'm doin I'm grown I don't need her hovering over me like she owns the place she jus there to clean not work the property "

"The staff was incredible. So kind and so welcoming for whatever we needed. I can't thank them all enough. Wouldn't hurt to have an extra soap bar for the bathroom (one for shower and one for hands), and our bathroom ventilation wasn't working (lots of steam in the room when showering, but maybe I was just running it hotter than typical), and housekeeping started really early (before 9 am was rough, especially with a noon checkout). Also, if you extend breakfast to 11 like you extended the bar, you'll get so many more of us non-morning people to buy it! Lot's of 2nd and 3rd shifters coming out for a festival like Furnace Fest, not to mention bands tend to want to sleep in when they get that opportunity! Otherwise amazing. Karaoke was a super fun idea, and again, all of the staff, but especially the bar staff, were incredibly kind, attentive, and just a ton of fun. Y'all took this trip to a whole new level!
