Water in shower took 10 minutes to get warm, not hot, warm. Front receptionist said there was an evening event with free snacks and drinks. My wife heard it checking in and I heard it later. When evening came, there was nothing there. She said and I quote “I’m sorry, you are mistaken, I said breakfast “. She looked too busy socializing with other employees than to attend to guests .

From the moment I checked in, not only was the staff friendly upon check-in no matter what my needs were they were extremely attentive. From towels to morning “hello’s”. The hotel was extremely clean and there was always hot water or coffee available 24/7. I always appreciate that. And a variety of teas and hot chocolate.

The room was clean. I liked that we had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast in the morning. The shower head needed to be replaced. The bed was so hard, and the pillows were completely flat. Cassandra at the front desk was so sweet. Always very nice. Always smiling.

This happened tel is currently under renovations, that being said, the staff was very courteous & welcoming. The room was adequate, clean with comfy beds. Good for a 1 night stay

Staff was courteous and helpful. Only positive thing we can say about our stay. Bathroom was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked into the bathroom. Made us wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. For example, we were concerned that the bed linen may not have been clean. We stayed 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned after the first night even though we put the please clean this room sign on the door handle in the hall. We will not be staying in this hotel ever again. Shame, too, because we have a number of family members who live in Birmingham, and we will need a place to stay 3 or 4 times per year.

THE ROOM HEATER WAS ON AND OFF ALL NIGHT AND AROUNG 3AM I SEEN A BIG RAT THAT WENT OUT AND IN UNDER THE DOOR THE OUTSIDE DOOR WAS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND WE FELT UNSAFE. WE WANT A FULL REFUND.
