"The hotel is very handy for the beaches, buses to Palma and the airport. Lots of easy walking distance restaurants. Outside area is clean with a very small pool. Sunbeds are available. The shower is small but adequate, however, they use shower curtains, perhaps invest in shower screens instead. Beds are comfortable but there can be noise from other guests."

"Upon arrival, our rooms floor was still wet and the fusty smelling. The sockets beside the bed did not work and we later found out that our rooms hot water didn't work. When we complained about the hot water issue, a service personal was sent while we went to eat. Upon our return still no hot water and we're told to just 'wait' a few minutes. We did this still no hot water. Location is very noisy at all day, the only positive is you can eat 8:30-1:30 free brunch"
