A bright 70-square-meter apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (one step to enter), which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The property is located in the charming and central Venice Nuova neighborhood (ZTL) and boasts a beautiful view of the canals. The Fortezza Nuova is only 550 meters away, and the Fortezza Vecchia is 100 meters away.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
