It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Via del Mare, from which you can reach La Baracchina Rossa.

The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, patio, and service courtyard.



The space

The 62-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house WITHOUT an elevator (three steps to enter).



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, and access to the outdoor patio;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, TV, and access to the service courtyard;

- BEDROOM with a double bed (consisting of two separable single beds), closet, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- PATIO (accessible from the living room) with dining table and awning;

- SERVICE COURTYARD (accessible from the kitchen) with washing machine and outdoor shower.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the hallway), mosquito screens, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Guest access

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The entrance path is shared with the adjacent property.



Other details to note

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.
