The room was very clean and spacious. No issues at all with TV etc included. Decent shower. The staff were very attentive. We sat and had both tea and breakfast in the rest. Liam in particular was very helpful. I would amend the menu, there was no childs option meaning we had to pay more for a larger portion.

The room was in a poor state, stains on the carpet, the tap in the bathroom moving and not secure. The plug socket for the hairdryer came away from the wall. A lot of Mold and stains in the bathroom.

There were issues with the toilet in the room therefore it was suggested that we move rooms. The 2nd room was unsuitable for us but at no fault of the staff. Unfortunately after an uncomfortable night, the smoke alarm sounded at 3am following the selfish acts of other guests and we decided enough was enough and checked out there and then.
