Para começar, a localização do hotel é ótima, principalmente para quem chega em Liverpool via trem, como eu. Uma caminhada de 20 minutos e você já está no hotel. Além disso, fica muito perto das ruas mais movimentadas, incluindo o quarteirão mais "Beatles" do planeta! O café da manha é bem farto, mas quanto mais cedo, mais frescos são os ingredientes. A equipe dos primeiros dias era muito atenciosa, mas nos dois últimos dias, me negaram o chocolate em pó, destinado somente para os pagantes de Hot Chocolate. Muita mesquinharia para um hotel deste porte. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com cama grande e banheiro amplo. Um probleminha, que não me incomodou a ponto de pedir uma troca de quarto, era o barulho causado pelo exaustor do banheiro. Percebi que em outros quartos o ruído simplesmente não existe! Se eu voltar a Liverpool, provavelmente vou me hospedar no mesmo hotel, pelas acomodações e pela localização.

Personeel was aardig en vriendelijk, kamer op de begaande grond te gehorig, ben het niet gewend dat toiletpapier per enkellaags velletje uit een apperaat op de badkamer komen, of dat de badkamer vastgekoppeld zit aan de ventilatie... Dat het licht alleen aangaat mits je keycard in een houder zit Je merkt als gast dat er alles aan gedaan is om de kosten te drukken. Daarintegen betaal je ook niet de hoofdprijs, je krijgt waar je voor betaald eigenlijk De locatie is wel helemaal perfect vlak bij het station en het centrum van de stad

Slitent, veldig lytt, vanskelig å sove med så mye støy fra knirkende gulv og trapp. Lite tilstedeværende personal som sto mye på utsiden og røykte. Bestilte rengjøring av rom, men det ble aldri gjort.Kjedelig, smakløs frokost. God beliggenhet. Kommer ikke til å bestille der igjen.
