Lovely staff, easy parking, fascinating building. Could do with a tidy up and lick of paint. Not a bad breakfast (Weatherspoons style). Also not sure why the security lights were on all night outside my window. If these are required, appropriate blackout curtains should be installed. Very poor check in procedure. Very complicated online checkin. Need to submit passport, payment and two factor security. This is after you’ve prepaid. Shows a lack of trust and understanding of their guests.

This was an adorable hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating around Liverpool. The restaurant/bar downstairs was a pleasant atmosphere. They hosted a variety of events if you wanted to do something without having to leave the property. Even with everything going on it never disrupted our rest.

Average, The busy Pub below creates a enjoyable atmospheric atmosphere however the noise travels through the rooms and can make it difficult for peace and quiet. Service was grand, although the majority of the stay was people free due to QR codes, Online Check In, Checkout etc
