The Space:

The bright living area features a large original window, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a dining table, and a 55-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a curated collection of original Liverpool artwork, a vintage-style library, and a selection of board games.



Adjacent to the living space is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, complete with everything needed to prepare meals at home. A range of cooking and breakfast essentials, including oil, sugar, salt, oats, and granola, are provided for your convenience. The apartment also includes a washing machine, with complimentary detergent supplied.



For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace is available, featuring a monitor, HDMI cable, and reliable internet access via a dongle hub.



The cosy bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed dressed in crisp, hotel-quality linen, along with ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings. The modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet, and wash basin, with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels provided.



Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the living room, where the sofa bed can accommodate up to two extra guests. The sofa bed can be prepared prior to arrival for an additional charge—simply select three or four guests when making your booking.

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Liverpool's main shopping district, featuring a wide range of high-street brands and retail destinations, is also just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

With many of Liverpool's top attractions within walking distance, getting around the city couldn't be easier. For destinations further afield, several bus routes operate just a two-minute walk from the building. Liverpool Lime Street Station is located directly opposite the property, while Liverpool Central Station can be reached in just five minutes on foot, providing excellent transport links across the city and beyond.

There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking)



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Please bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
