Your vacation home “Lister Brise”—Modern Living in the Heart of List<br>Just a few meters from the East Promenade, the “Lister Brise” vacation home offers 105 m² of space for up to four people. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beach, restaurants, the List harbor, and the picturesque dune landscape—perfect for relaxing on Sylt.<br><br>The house features a modern ambiance, a cozy gas fireplace, and a garden with a terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious walk-in shower, as well as another bedroom—both furnished with high-quality Treca double beds. There is also a private sauna in the home’s basement.<br><br>We’re happy to provide garden furniture depending on the season. For fire safety reasons, barbecuing is only permitted with an electric grill. We offer additional services upon request. Please contact us for more information and to book directly.
